Welcome to our 10th Anniversary Season

Over these incredible years, Ancram Center has become more than just an upstate home for innovative professional theater. It’s a place for the community to come together to experience the finest storytelling and new creative work that you won’t see anywhere else, and productions that make you think, reflect, laugh, and grow.

In survey after survey since our first season, audience members have asked for more theater. As part of this milestone year, we are delighted to be expanding by staging three theatrical productions, including the one-of-a-kind experience that is our biennial, site-specific Plein Air Plays that celebrates original, locally-grown theater and Ancram itself. We’ve also curated two wonderfully innovative and intimate performances that fuse the immediacy of storytelling with the vibrancy of a live concert.

With each production, we hope to expose unexpected points of view that might enrich your personal perspective and inspire a more empathetic community we can all share. We also think the coming season promises a lot of fun, with memorable and show-stopping performances created by some of the best theater-artists in the field today. Please explore our 2025 season and get ready to surprise yourself!
